Woodware Challenge - Invitations

You're getting a 'sneeky peek' at part of a new Christmas stamp set here! The new Woodware Christmas sets and singles come out soon, so keep a look out.
The bell is from the new set......and just to show you that bells are not just for Christmas! They can be teamed up with my JGCL547 and JGCL546 wedding words stamp sets and look great in pastel shades decorated with Card Candi by Craftwork Cards available from Woodware too.

Woodware - Sketch Challenge 12

Trying not to make pink flowers at the moment so have come up with these pretty blue ones for the Woodware sketch challenge this week.
All the flowers are made from paper and use punch shapes from simple daisies to the skirt of a dress!
The petal shapes are edged with pigment ink and I have stuck with three shades of blue and a little cream paper for contrast. They are easy to make and if anybody is visiting Japonica in Exmouth on the 8th and 9th June I can show you how to make them!
The greeting is from my JGCL519 Essential Birthday stamp set.

Woodware Challenge - Children's Cards - Clowning Around

Bring a smile to someone's face with these loveable clowns from a Woodware stamp set JGCL521.
I've used fun stuff from Woodware such as pom poms, punched shapes and
lots of bright colours to appeal to children and splashes of coloured glitter glue.

The round shaped cards stand up well as they have a flat base.

Add extra detail when colouring in to the clown's clothes, create checks, dots and stitching
with fine tipped marker pens.

Woodware Challenge - Red, White and Blue

Fran at Stampendous has sent us all at Woodware the same stamp to use on 'London Week' at the Woodware blog...here is my idea using this superb stamp, CRW075 cling London.

I've made an multiple fold card as I wanted to create a 3D effect with the bus and word London.
I have used an old map of London to cover the base card background and then
swiped a blue and red ink pad around the edges of the card.
I've stamped twice with Versafine black ink, embossed with clear powder, cut the bus and
word out from one and cut the other out complete.
The image is simply coloured in with a red and blue market pen.

I've added a little crown to top the wording and have decorated it with blue stars and
red glitter glue to add a touch of royalty. Punch code is 821-80 (green size).
The ribbon is a length of red gingham tie into a bow and I've used my
blue marker pen to add dots in some of the white squares to create a blue, red and white
(the pen bleeds a little so just add a little blue).
